Called Ray for help due to pipes freezing. It’s the day before Christmas Eve, the temperature was -3. To say the least it was not an ideal circumstance. I called first thing in the morning and he was over in less than an hour to save the day. He found 2 leaks that were spraying water in the garage and in the crawl space. Quickly fixed those and he walked me through where my weak spots that were susceptible to weather again. The response time, customer service and value cannot be matched with this company.
